Processing Time:  Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day.  Orders received on Saturday are usually processed by the end of Tuesday and Sunday are usually processed by end of day Wednesday.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your Canada Post Track and Trace number promptly after you place your order.

A:  We would like to thank all visitors to our website but we currently only serve residents of Canada and the United States of America.

Q:  How will my orders be shipped?


A:  All our packages will be shipped via Canada Post.  We will ensure all outgoing packages to be packaged securely for safe deliveries.

Q:  How can I track my order?


A:  After completing your purchase and have selected a shipping service with a tracking order, we will then send you a tracking number to your e-mail. You may check the status of your package by entering the tracking number on to the following link www.canadapost.ca


Q:  How do I change or cancel my order?


A:  It is our duty to serve you, and if the package has not been shipped we will gladly attend your request.


Q:  Does LUXE have a Return and Exchange policy?


A:  We want our customers to enjoy our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for any unused, unopened products purchased from us within thirty days of receipt date. We will immediately process your returns upon arrival.


Q:  How do I make a return or exchange?


A:  After contacting our sales representative and a RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION number (RMA number) has been issued. Please take the unused, unopened merchandise along with the RMA number packed into its original package (if possible) and send it to:

Returns and Exchanges for improper handling or incorrect merchandise

If we had a made a mistake in sending you an incorrect merchandise or if the product was damaged during shipment, we will gladly reimburse you with a full refund including shipping and handling. If there is a request for an exchange, please send us the unopened, unused merchandise to us via standard shipment and we will pay for the cost of the returning product.

All other reasons for Returns and Exchanges

A full refund (less shipping and handling) will be offered ONLY if the return merchandise are unopened, unused and in its original condition. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
